Once our carpet washing specialist inspects and measures your carpet, we’ll send you an invoice requesting a deposit. Only after the deposit is received will the washing process begin.

When your carpet is ready, we’ll contact you to request the balance payment. After that, you can either collect it or schedule a delivery — whichever works best for you.
